Orange Calcite activates the Sacral Chakra, located at the center of the stomach where are emotionas are processed. Just like food, emotions must also be fully digested. This is a lower chakra for we do not want to act on our emotions. It takes transcendance to transition our emotions to place of compassion in the heart and communicate them properly through our throat chakra. Orange Calcite is a powerful cleanser and energizing stone, clearing negative energy and shifting to the positive. It helps to remove creative and sexual energy blockages. Practice- When emotions start coming and you are feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to allow yourself the space to process. Warm up a littel oil (sesame, coconut, castor, ect..) and lay down, massaging your belly with the oil in small cirlces around your navel. Give yourself the love and compassion you need in this moment. Thsi helps to promote circulation and movement to help the emotions come further to the surface. Place the crystal over your belly button. Take some long deep breathes through the nose and as you fully release, visualize the pain body leaving you. Then visualize this crystal sending you healing, light energy to yoru core. Keep practicing until you feel you have fully released the emotions, cry if you need to and then reach a space of calmness.
