Triphala Powder
Ingredients: *Organic Triphala Powder
Triphala is a classic Ayurveda formula that promotes healthy digestion and elimination. It consists of "The Three Fruits," Bibhitaki, Amalaki and Haritaki. Triphala pacifies all three doshas in Ayurveda making it acceptable everyone and balancing for the body. It is a gentle, general tonic that is both a rejuvenative and detoxifier. It helps to assist in internal cleansing while providing nourishment to the tissues. Triphala is also beneficial for the skin, eye and liver. It supports proper function of the respiratory, circulatory, genitourinary and digestive systems.
Dose: 1/4 - 1/2 tsp taken with Warm Water 1 - 2x Daily
Triphala may be taken as a daily, lifelong regimen. May gradually increase dose up to 5g to be used more as a laxative.
