Lavender is very calming to the body and mind. Beneficial for stress, anxiety and sleep. Lavender may help calm inflammation by forcing the muscles and nerves to relax in the body. May also reduce pain.
This is safe to use with children since it is not infused in alcohol. The glycerin adds a sweet taste which makes it easy for children to take.
