Perfect for normal to oily skin types and Pitta constitutions. Pitta inflammatory skin conditions such as acne.

This my own skincare recipe I have created and use everyday! I have had a lot of improvement with my skin using this. This may be different skincare than what you are used to in powder form but it's a much better option without harming your skin. I use this as my daily facial cleanser. It is a gentle exfoliant to help clean the skin and remove dead skin cells. You may also mix it with another cleanser or oil. It can be mixed with a little water or milk made into a paste and applied as a mask for 20 minutes.

The chickpea flour is more drying to remove excess oil. Rose petals are antibacterial, soothing and moisturizing to the skin. Sandalwood is a natural, healing anti-inflammatory. Sandalwood has a natural fragrance which is calming and soothing. Fenugreek seeds have properties that mimic the effects of hormones like estrogen in the body. This makes them a great anti-aging remedy, keeping the skin soft, nourished and subtle. They are rich in vitamins and nutrients. Coriander is an antioxidant to help cleanse from environmental pollution the skin absorbs. It is a cooling and anti-inflammatory for the skin. The crushed mustard seeds help to detoxify the skin.

Be careful with commercial skincare products. You should not put onto your skin what you would not ingest. These chemicals are absorbed through the pores which go directly to the bloodstream. Most skincare products all the shelves contain harmful additives like parabens, sulphates, phtalates, petroleum, dyes and even classified carcinogens like formaldehyde! These attack and altar the endocrine system leading to a lot of reproductive and mental health issues with women.
