I crafted this tea myself as a Pitta remedy for excessive heat, irritability and anger. This works very well for hot flashes associated with menopause and PMS symptoms. The flower herbs are very calming to the mind and nervous system. Rose and mint help to cool the body. I find this tea keeps me feeling very tranquil, at ease and relaxed throughout the day without any overpowering effects.

1 tsp per Cup of Water, bring to a boil and strain. 10 Servings.
