Custom formula for digestive issues of malabsorption and candida. A way to tell if you have Candida is by assessing your tongue. If your tongue has a thick white coating on it, that is undigested food, 'ama' in Ayurveda, sitting in the gut. This is how candida begins to grow and develop also from consuming too many yeast, grain and dairy products.
Musta is one of my favorite herbs for malabsorption without aggravating agni, the digestive fire. It works well for digestive pains including menstrual cramps. Fennel is a well known Ayurvedic remedy for gas and bloating. Ajwain helps to boost downward action of digestion and is antimicrobial. Ginger, Musta and Ajwain all work together to eliminate toxins in the digestive tract. Triphala is a popular Ayurvedic formula of the three fruits (Amla, Bibhitaki and Haritaki) for proper elimination and cleansing of the colon.
