Ashwagandha is a well known tonic and rejuvenative herb in Ayurveda. It is a grounding herb that helps to stabilize mood, calm the mind, regulate sleep cycles and nervous system exhaustion. It is nourishing to the bones and joints. It supports proper function of the adrenals which is beneficial for combating stress. For anxiety continue to take to prevent future anxiety episodes. It is especially beneficial for men as a long term sexual and stamina tonic.

Dosage: 1/2 - 1 tsp with warm water or warm milk (dairy or nondairy) once or twice a day
