Product Details
Amethyst activates the Third Eye and Crown Chakras. Even though this stone works with the Higher Realms, it is very calming and tranquil. Amethyst properties promote healthy restorative sleep, increase psychic abilities, ease the mind into meditation, reduce anxiety and stress. This is the perfect size crystal to carry in your pocket as a constant reminder of the peace that is within you.
Hold in hands and charge with your own personal intention. Carry with you daily and/or use during meditation practices.
Practice: Before meditation practice, hold the crystal in your hand and infuse with your intention to calm and open the mind to the Divine. Warm the crystal in your hands, rubbing them back and forth, allowing the heat of your body to charge the crystal with your energy. Then take crystal to your third eye and rub it in clockwork circles, before laying down to meditate. If applicable, keep crystal laid upon your third eye.
